I grew up in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. At a young age I became indulged with the art and the elegance of designing wedding cakes. I attended a class to make cakes for my children and became self-motivated to become better at the art. I worked for years as a pastry chef at a high end country club in Pennsylvania. While working there, I started Paulette's Cakes. My love for the art of cake decorating drives me to learn new techniques and the updated fads in wedding design. I not only focus on design, but I only use the best ingredients to ensure a quality taste. For 35 years I have helped Brides and Grooms indulge in the best of wedding day memories.
